Daniel Beedle

Director of Operations

In his role as Director of Operations, Daniel Beedle is responsible for leading all food and beverage operations at The Mulberry House Brewery. 

Prior to joining The Mulberry House Brewery, Beedle served as Corporate Beverage Director for LDV Hospitality Group, where he oversaw 28 restaurants across the U.S. and in London, including flagship Modern Italian restaurant Scarpetta, which received a three-star review from The New York Times.

He has served as Corporate Beverage Director for Old World Hospitality Pvt., a leading hospitality and entertainment company with over 50 hotels, restaurants, catering, and convention centers, based in India and spanning three continents, and has received such distinguished accolades as San Pellegrino ‘Best Restaurant in India’ for six years and #18 in the world.

Beedle got his start in the food in beverage industry by scraping fermentation tanks in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Grape-stained and eager to learn, he decamped for New York, where he began his studies with the Court of Master Sommeliers and worked as a Sommelier at The NoMad before taking over as Wine Director at Michelin-starred Betony and then Juni.

Daniel holds an Advanced Sommelier Diploma from the Court of Master Sommeliers and is working toward the Master Sommelier Diploma. Select personal awards include New York City Rising Star Sommelier 2017 and Wine Enthusiast ‘40 Under 40’  2014.
